Stash026 Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 I believe that they should be, but I just wanted to confirm this. If someone is not active on the last day of the Plan Year due to maternity leave, would they be eligible for a 3% Top Heavy Contribution? Thanks in advance!
