if a daughter in-law works for her husbands parents and they are 100 pct owners of a company...does that make her a key employee?

I'm sure you know, but keep in mind that she does not have to have any ownership to be key IF she is an officer (or has executive authority) and is being paid wages over the 416(i)(1)(A)(i) threshold ($160,000 for 2012).

"Like". I was thinking that.
