DTH Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 Does the annual auto enroll notice need to actually name the default investment?
EPCRSGuru Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Yes. The Notice must contain a description of the QDIA, including a description of the investment objectives, risk and return characteristics (if applicable), and fees and expenses attendant to the investment alternative;
DTH Posted October 31, 2012 Author Posted October 31, 2012 Thanks Guru. What is the plan has a separate QDIA Notice or the default investment is not a QDIA. Thanks!!
