BG5150 Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 Did I read it or did I dream it? I seem to recall that the first day of a plan year had to be an entry date. I don't remember where I think I got that from. Maybe it was part of an ASPPA-test-studying hallucination. If it's true, where can I find that language? If it's false, feel free to laugh and point... QKA, QPA, CPC, ERPATwo wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.
GMK Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 No later than the first day of plan year after meeting eligibilty. (a)(4)(A) in this: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/26/410 I hear no laughing, and it's rude to point.
