Guest AJM 34 Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 Can anyone give me some feedback on the 401k Workflow Management software that is currently available in the 401(k) Market, specifically, to manage a new plan conversion process? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Gadgetfreak Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Definitely take a look at pensionpro. Their system is phenomenal for CRM and workflow management. You are able to create workflows for anything - including conversions. Full disclaimer: I do NOT use them as I had a custom CRM built for myself just a year before they launched so it wasn't worth it for me. Instead, I am currently looking at project management systems that will help with my conversions. We use Excel now but are looking at Smartsheets. I want to be able to send reminders to the responsible party when we are waiting for documents, etc. I will continue to research. ERPA, QPA, QKA
