Our plan document doesn't seem to allow this, but I'm not sure if it's because it's not allowed, or because our doc just doesn't permit it. Thank you!
Lou S. Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 It is allowed provided it passes the various IRS non-discrimination tests. The groups would need to be written into your document. Some documents don't allow a great deal of flexibility.
