Does this require a QMAC or just a Match?

Vesting is not an issue as I am just boosting employees who are 100% vested anyway.

I am increasing from a 10 years of service rate to a 12 years of service rate.

I don't believe there is any requirement that it has to be a QMAC.

if it was terminated people that weren't vested, even then I don't think a QMAC is required, though you would have to provide vesting.
