This report is...interesting, I think, if you are into political maneuvering. How the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs has input on this I don't know. I just read the exec summary.

Ah, the intricacies of parliamentary procedure. Why was the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs critiquing the DOL proposed fiduciary rules? Your guess is as good as mine, and I don't have one.

Its' OK. When you're up for re-election, your only job duties are to promote party issues and get re-elected. But you knew that.
