Belgarath Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 Although done through payroll deduction, not part of 125 plan. These should be included in income, and 401(k) deferrals should be withheld from these amounts unless specifically excluded, right?
jpod Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 I think what you mean is that the HSA deduction amounts should be counted as compensation/salary for purposes of applying the 401k deferral % elected. If that is what you mean, I agree.
