M Norton Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 SEP plan has eligibility requirement employment in 3 of last 5 years. Former particpant terminated in 2011, rehired in 2016. Does eligibility carry forward or does rehired employee have to meet eligibility again?
