Omniplus Deconversion file record layouts

Attempting to convert in a large plan using a 907 file from Onmiplus. The prior recordkeeper and Sungard have both said that this is a new version of the system and they don't yet have a record layout. Can this be true? Not sure which is worse, if they do and won't share or if they really don't. Tks

I find it difficult to believe that Sungard does not have a file layout for you to use for this conversion. I know that when I was working with a client to write an interface between their recordkeeping system and one of the Sungard Trust Accounting systems, Sungard would not provide us with a file layout. Unfortunately, Sungard is not obligated to provide a file layout to you. Perhaps you can find out if there are other Omniplus users who might have access to a file layout. Otherwise, I'm not sure what other alternatives you have. Good luck!
