Can anyone provide me with a working web site link to information on mandatory state tax withholding? Alternatively, if no known web site exists, can someone provide me with a hard copy of state withholding requirements or point me in the right direction to finding out more?

I don't think it has yet been updated for 2001. For example, North Carolina has new rules effective 2001.

I have the same question. I found this site:

But I can't tell how up to date it is. It lists NC under Voluntary, so it apparently does not have the 2001 update.

Has anyone else run across another site that is kept up to date?
