Guest Jhagan Posted February 1, 2001 Posted February 1, 2001 Is there a limit (other than annual additions) to voluntary after-tax contributions to a 401(a) plan?
Carol V. Calhoun Posted February 11, 2001 Posted February 11, 2001 Outside of the governmental context, section 401(m) imposes nondiscrimination rules on employee contributions. However, in the governmental context, the annual additions limit in 415© is really the only limit on voluntary after-tax contributions.
