What should be contained in a "Successor Trustee Letter"?

Bumped! I have the same question. I am working on my first plan merger and the boss wants a successor trustee letter, but I haven't come across that in my studies, and I cannot seem to find out what needs to be in it.  

So far, my draft includes the name of the plans being merged, the name of the surviving plan, the effective date of the merger, a statement that the SPD is attached, the name of the investment company where the plan funds will be held, and the name of the new trustee(s) for the surviving plan.

What else should there be? Am I totally off base?
