Guest Gerard Mennella Posted February 22, 2001 Posted February 22, 2001 What pricing would be charge to a client who refuses to authorize electronic participant transactions, such as loans, disbursements, and enrollments ?
Jon Chambers Posted February 23, 2001 Posted February 23, 2001 That depends on the provider. It's impossible to generalize. Some providers won't do paper transactions. Some won't do electronic. Some will do both, for the same fee. And some charge different fees. What's the purpose of your question? Are you a provider faced with a truculent plan sponsor client, or a plan sponsor facing an apparently unreasonable service provider fee? Jon C. Chambers Schultz Collins Lawson Chambers, Inc.
