Guest Charles G Posted March 16, 2001 Posted March 16, 2001 Plan allows for post-tax contributions. Participant has a 402(g) violation. Is it possible to ‘re-characterize’ the 402(g) excess as post-tax? If so, any guidance on how to report? Thank you.
