What is the employee 401(k) contribution limit for 2001? Did it change from the 2000 limit of $10,500?

although, if you are keeping score, even at this early date, the CPI-U released today was 175.8.

Based on regulations, if this value does not drop over the next 8 months then for 2002 the deferral limit will be 11,000 and the comp limit will be 180,000 (even without passage of the bill in Congress right now)
