Guest UKH Posted April 18, 2001 Posted April 18, 2001 Forfeitures were used to reduce employer match in the same year rather than the following year as per the document. Is that a problem? If so how do we correct the problem?

This is his reply: It is a problem because it violates the plan document; however, it is not unsolvable. It should be corrected by the employer making a contribution in an amount equal to the forfeitures.
