There are a lot of policies and procedures that surround the qualification of domestic relations orders --so they should be pretty simple--right? Unfortunately, when you are combining state law procedures with federal law requirements, there are bound to be issues (especially in the middle of a divorce). This session will provide an overview on what issues plan sponsors and services providers should be especially aware of as well as some best practices.
