Managed accounts, which have quickly become a mainstay in recordkeeper offerings, raise new questions for plan fiduciaries. Managed accounts come in all shapes and sizes and from a wide range of vendors - from recordkeepers and TPAs to advisors and consultants - to third party vendors.
