No Surprises Act (Part 1): Emergency Services Protections, and Plan and Provider Requirements

In this month’s webinar, Tripp VanderWal is joined by colleague Tim Gutwald to discuss the recent regulations released under the No Surprises Act (NSA). In particular, they will review the emergency services protections under the NSA. Tripp will then address how these protections impact group health plans, and Tim will address how they impact emergency providers and emergency facilities. This webinar is the first part of a webinar series on the NSA. Tripp and Tim will be back in September to discuss the NSA’s protections of nonemergency services provided at in-network facilities by out-of-network providers.
