On September 9, President Biden announced his COVID-19 action plan, “Path Out of the Pandemic,” which includes an array of executive orders and directives affecting employers and government contractors. We will examine the plan’s implications for employers, including recent executive orders, government contracting requirements, vaccination and testing mandates, OSHA requirements and associated benefit plan impacts. We will also share information gathered in our recent workplace survey, “The Future World of Work: Vaccine Protocols.”
