Wellness in the Workplace: Findings From the 2021 WWS

EBRI [Employee Benefit Research Institute]

Feb. 2, 2022
On-Demand
Webinar

The Workplace Wellness Survey examines worker attitudes towards employment-based benefits in the workplace, as well as a broad spectrum of financial wellbeing, employment-based health insurance, and retirement benefit issues.  The 2021 survey found that 76% of employees favorably view their employers’ efforts to improve their overall well-being. Employees recognize these initiatives, as one in three employees acknowledge increased focus by their employers to improve emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing.  This webinar will explore findings from the survey related to:

  • Debt/financial stress
  • Employer well-being responsibility
  • Benefit offerings
  • Satisfaction with benefit offerings

Speakers:

  • Paul Fronstin, Director, Health Research Education Program, EBRI
  • Lisa Greenwald, CEO, Greenwald Research
  • Rodney Bolden, Vice President, Field Engagement Specialist, Morgan Stanley
