Prepare for the End of the COVID-19 Emergency Declarations

Buck

Apr. 20, 2023
On-Demand
Webinar

The Public Health Emergency (PHE) declared during the COVID-19 pandemic will end on May 11, 2023. This will change plan requirements to cover COVID-19 testing, treatment, and vaccines.

Plan sponsors will also need to prepare for the end of the National Emergency, which will eliminate the extensions permitted during the “outbreak period”, 60 days after the end of the PHE, on July 10, 2023.

Join us to learn:

  • Plan sponsor considerations resulting from the end of the PHE and National Emergency
  • Employer options regarding health plan design and the implications for costs and coverage
  • Required plan administration changes for COBRA, HIPAA special enrollment, and claims and appeals filings
  • The impact on plan participants and importance of plan communications
