Our panel will address emerging litigation trends and challenges in making disability claims, particularly addressing emerging trends in litigation related to disability claims, including, but not limited to, claims with respect to professional athletes and other high-risk professions.

We will also discuss emerging design trends in disability and wellness (e.g., employee assistance) benefits, emphasizing what employers are considering and implementing related to disabilities and enhancing overall wellness for their employees to prevent disabilities from occurring in the first place.

Finally, we'll address overall compliance and legal issues from the employer's perspective relating to disability and wellness programs.
