Back-to-Office: Fringe Benefit and Other Compensation Issues

After the flight to remote work in 2021, 2023 has seen employers begin to implement back to the office policies. This program looks at the various fringe benefit and other compensation issues that have arisen from the transition from a fully remote workforce back to work arrangements involving time in the office.

In particular, this program will look at the tax issues arising as employers look at assisting with commuting and parking costs, making meals or other food available at the office, continuing online point award programs as more employees have moved to receiving various corporate "swag" through online vendors, with an added bonus discussion of the growth of benefits related to electric vehicles.
