Jeremy P. Blumenfeld, Partner, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP

Jeremy P. Blumenfeld represents defendants on a range of employee benefit litigation matters, including numerous Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) class actions. Co-chair of the firm’s ERISA litigation practice, Jeremy’s experience includes defending class action claims challenging the administration of 401(k) savings plans, stock drop litigation involving 401(k) savings plans, cash balance and other defined benefit plans, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and traditional severance pay plans. He also advises clients on litigation and risk avoidance.

Melissa D. Hill, Partner, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP

Melissa D. Hill concentrates her practice on complex employee benefits litigation and general employment litigation. Her ERISA practice includes class action litigation and employee benefits and pension matters, in connection with the management of 401(k), 403(b), and defined benefit pension plans, retirement investment options, insurance products, and related claims of fiduciary breach and prohibited transactions. In addition, Missy represents clients in the financial services, insurance, retail, and manufacturing industries, among others, in litigation related to employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Gina F. McGuire defends companies involved in a broad array of complex and high-stakes employment disputes. Gina regularly handles discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower, and compensation claims as well as ERISA class actions and benefits-related matters. Her ERISA practices includes individual claims and complex class action matters involving defined contribution and defined benefit plans, retirement investment options, insurance products, and severance plans.
