Presenters: Mary Powell Prescription drug costs keep escalating. What is driving these high costs? Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) are a large part of the problem. Understanding where PBMs fit into the drug pricing puzzle is a key issue for plan fiduciaries.
