In this webinar, our Groom attorneys will provide an update on the state of ERISA preemption with respect to group health plans and health insurance products. We will provide a brief overview of the basis/foundation of ERISA preemption and then discuss various litigation developments as well as state legislative efforts to regulate group health plans and various related products.
