The focus of this Back to Basics webinar is Healthcare Reform. Our discussion will begin with an overview, and then we will introduce the different aspects of Healthcare Reform, including the ACA plan design requirements and the grandfathered plan exception. Then, we turn to the ACA Employer Mandate requirements, including how to determine full-time status, offer and reporting requirements and the IRS audit process.

We also explore the transparency requirements under both ACA and the No Surprises Act. Then we pivot to the MLR rebate, PCORI fee, and explain the notice and reporting requirements under Healthcare Reform.

Finally, we'll end with a discussion of penalties and enforcement actions for noncompliance with Healthcare Reform.
