Text of D.C. Court of Appeals Grant of Petition for En Banc Rehearing of Challenge to ACA Subsidies (PDF)
U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit 
Sept. 4, 2014 "Upon consideration of appellees' petition for rehearing en banc, the response thereto, and the vote in favor of the petition by a majority of the judges eligible to participate, it is ordered that the petition be granted. Case No. 14-5018 will be reheard by the court sitting en banc. It is further ordered that the judgment filed July 22, 2014, be vacated.
