Has anyone experienced problems with responses being changed in Form 5310 being filled out through pay.gov?  I'm using Chrome.  On multiple times, I've had the numbers in line 16a(3) change on me after I've logged back into the form.  I'm having similar issues with additional items being checked off in line item 3f and line item 20.

How does one submit the completed procedural checklist for the Form 5310 on pay.gov?  Does it appear after the signature page is completed?

Thanks

Yes, as well as subtotals in asset statements not flowing.

I was not preparer, only the top-level reviewer of the drafted info that was input. Upon submission, line 3 apparently went in correctly (once fixed on subsequent log in), don't recall hearing any line 16 issues. We included an attachment explanation on asset subtotals, stating the on-line form inaccuracies and the correct amounts. I don't know about the checklist but thought it came up.

The more technology is supposed to make everyone's life easier the more it seems to have the opposite effect!

Good luck.

I am not being mean here but the obvious question to ask is are you sure your numbers foot when you input them?   The box you are talking about is a total.   Are you sure they aren't correcting a math error?

To ESOP Guy: Nope, not a math error on my part.  The total would appear automatically correctly, but then would change after I reopened the file.  For example, I would input 3,333 into 16a(1) and 1,111 into 16a(2).  16a(3) initially would display 4,444, but after logging out and back in, 16a(3) would change to 33,331,111 (essentially a combination, rather than a sum, of the two values).  When I call pay.gov they tell me they've never heard of this issue...

Such fun.

Hi BenefitsBum, I am experiencing the same problem as you with the numbers changing to 10 times the original amount input, and the totals not footing. Did you ever get the issue resolved with pay.gov? I called and they said they would call me back but they never did (and that was over a week ago). Did you ever find out a trick to getting it to work right?
