Acquisition Expands OneDigital Employee Benefits Division in Utah

ATLANTA, GA –  OneDigital, the nation's leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, proudly announces the acquisition of Ventris Utah Employee Benefits, accelerating the firm’s expansion in Utah and across the West region.

Founders Joel Mills and Marc Hale will both join OneDigital’s West Region as Managing Principals to continue delivering strategic solutions to clients and their businesses.
