Pammie57 Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 if a plan has assets with VOYA or a vendor like this, is there a requirement to attach/create a Schedule or do you just report fees/commissions on 5500-SF
Lou S. Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 The only Schedule I've attached to a Form 5500-SF is schedule SB. With the Plans that file an SF that have insurance I just report the commissions in the appropriate field on the SF.
ratherbereading Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 I don't attach any schedules to the 5500-SF. 4 out of 3 people struggle with math
C. B. Zeller Posted March 1, 2022 Posted March 1, 2022 The instructions state "Do not complete [Schedule A] if filing the Form 5500-SF instead of the Form 5500." This is located in the footnotes under the chart instructing you what schedules to complete based on what type of plan you are filing for.
