UTICA, N.Y. — Strategic Financial Services, Inc., has hired Greg Tedone as head of retirement plans, senior advisor. In this role. Tedone is responsible for leading the retirement plan division as a fiduciary guide and advocate, as well as overseeing the experience for client’s employer retirement plans. “We are thrilled to add Greg’s experience and expertise to the team as well as expand our geographic footprint with a new satellite location in Rochester, which Greg will oversee,” Strategic CEO Alan Leist III said in a release. “Greg’s background and success in the retirement plan industry will provide an enormous value to our clients and encourage growth. His addition to the team exemplifies our three core values: serve, grow, live.” Prior to joining Strategic, Tedone served as director of retirement plan consulting at Wealth Enhancement Group in Rochester and at QCI Asset Management in Pittsford, according to his LinkedIn profile. Tedone has his accredited retirement plan consultant (ARPC) designation and is a graduate of the University of Rochester, Simon Business School MBA program. He received his bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo. Founded in 1979, Strategic has a team of more then 35 wealth-management professionals serving more than 1,000 clients and managing over $1.75 billion in assets. The company, headquartered in Utica, has satellite offices in Little Falls, Rome, Syracuse, Troy, and now Rochester. |
