Wise Rhino serves as advisor to $500M Phoenix-based DFG401k Advisors in acquisition by Alera Group

Charleston, SC - Wise Rhino Group (WRG), a leading M&A advisory practice serving Retirement and Wealth Advisory, and TPA firms, announced today that Wise Rhino Group client, DFG401K Advisors (“DFG”) has been acquired by Alera Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, DFG was founded more than 30 years ago specializing in corporate retirement advisory and employee financial wellness solutions.
