DCIIA Retirement Research Center Announces Three New Advisory Councils

DCIIA is pleased to announce that its Retirement Research Center (RRC) has formed three new Advisory Councils:

• Plan Sponsor Advisory Council (PSAC) -- Christina Elliott, Ohio Deferred Compensation Plan, Chair  
• Advisor Institute Council (AIC) -- Jim O'Shaughnessy, Hub International, Chair 
• Institutional Consultant Advisory Council (ICAC) -- Bill Ryan, NEPC, Chair. 

These new groups join the existing Academic Advisory Council (AAC). A full listing of members of all councils is provided below. 

“The Advisory Councils are a crucial component of our strategy around research and industry engagement,” said Lew Minsky, president and CEO, DCIIA. “Their partnership will prove invaluable as we embed them into our ongoing research process focused on practical, actionable, and unbiased insights that are relevant to the entire retirement ecosystem.” 

“Providing a holistic perspective on research implications for our industry is one of the RRC’s key differentiators,” said Rob Austin, Alight Solutions, chair of the DCIIA RRC Executive Committee. “The Councils have a critical role to play in ensuring that all industry stakeholders’ viewpoints, needs, and challenges are considered throughout the research lifecycle.” 

Representatives from the Advisory Councils will be attending and speaking at the RRC Summit being held November 16th in New York City in conjunction with the DCIIA Academic Forum on November 15th.
