rblum50 Posted March 22, 2023 Posted March 22, 2023 Any recommendations for an IRA custodian that will accept Real Estate from a 401(k) Plan?
QDROphile Posted March 22, 2023 Posted March 22, 2023 Millennium Trust will probably accommodate. No basis for recommendation other than an investment manager I know and respect uses MT for property that is not publicly traded securities. I have little observational experience, but I have seen no problems with transactions or reporting. I know not about valuation questions. I am also not commenting on the idea of holding real estate in an IRA. Lou S. 1
Bill Presson Posted March 24, 2023 Posted March 24, 2023 We've had clients use The Entrust Group, IRA Resources, Inc., and Equity Trust Company in various situations. Mostly same disclaimer as QDRO above. William C. Presson, ERPA, QPA, QKA bill.presson@gmail.com C 205.994.4070
