DOL Letter for Missing Form 5500

Has anyone's client received a letter from the DOL for a missing 2022 Form 5500 filing?  This is the second one of our client's that received a letter and we have ACK ID and the filing appears on the EFAST website.

We got one recently and also have an ACK number and the filing was listed as FILING RECEIVED on www.efast.dol.gov

though in blue. In our case it was the SB attachment missing and we supplied that in response to the penalty 

notice and hoping for the best.

Did they end up getting charged a penalty after you sent the response?  Or did they waive it?
