david rigby Posted January 22, 2024 Posted January 22, 2024 I'm drawing a blank. Can you help me identify the statute and/or reg that describes the Plan Administrator's responsibility to annually advise recipients of periodic distributions (typically, monthly) of their tax-withholding election? Thanks. I'm a retirement actuary. Nothing about my comments is intended or should be construed as investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Occasionally, but not all the time, it might be reasonable to interpret my comments as actuarial or consulting advice.
