Keeping Up With Oregon Leave Laws in 2024: Best Practices for EmployersOgletree Deakins |
June 4, 2024 On-Demand Webinar |
As employers wrap their arms around the new Paid Leave Oregon requirements, recent legislation adds more wrinkles for employer compliance with the Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA), Paid Leave Oregon, and the federal Family and Medical Leave Act. Effective July 1, 2024, many qualifying reasons for an employee’s protected leave under OFLA will be eliminated and covered solely under Paid Leave Oregon. Leave tracking also will become more nuanced. In this webinar, the speakers will offer best practices for leave administration in Oregon, including how these leave laws coordinate with each other and other types of paid time off. |
