MMM’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice and attorneys received regional rankings from Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2024 and were nationally ranked in The Legal 500 United States 2024.

Ed Emerson, chair of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice, received Band 1 recognition, the highest tier, while Partner Scott Wagner was ranked in Band 2 and Partner Ryan Gorman in Band 3. The overall practice group was ranked in Band 2.
