East Windsor, CT – Today, the  Retirement Advisor Council recognized three retirement plan sponsors and their respective retirement plan partners as honorees of its annual Financial Wellness Awards ceremony.

The winners are:

OC Tanner Company in Salt Lake City, UT, nominated by Morningstar, a client of Brady Dall at OneDigital, and SmartDollar / Ramsey Solutions recordkept by Empower

Beam Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA nominated by Lisa Buffington of Marsh McLennan Agency (a client of Andrew Bayliss at MMA) recordkept by ADP

GID, headquartered in Boston, MA with a national footprint, nominated by Lisa Buffington (a client of hers) recordkept by Principal Financial Group.

Michelle Bergland, Chief People Officer of GID and  Lee Ownbey, Vice President of Total Rewards, Beam Therapeutics will be joining the presentation live on Tuesday.

The awards will be presented and broadcast live at the Retirement Advisor Council’s 2025 Annual Planning Meeting in Chicago, hosted by Morningstar Retirement. All three winners distinguished themselves through their approach to employee benefits and the long-term financial wellness of their employees who then develop the  habit of making  healthy  financial decisions for themselves and their families.
