Nathan Counts of Amtrak Joins Board of Business Group on Health

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Business Group on Health, the acclaimed health and well-being association representing employers, has named Nathan Counts, vice president of Total Rewards at Amtrak, to its board of directors. 

At Amtrak, Counts leads the design and execution of compensation, benefits and well-being strategies for a diverse American workforce and has deep expertise in total rewards, executive compensation and HR transformation. He oversees a budget of more than $1 billion. 

Prior to working for Amtrak, Counts held benefits leadership positions at AT&T and Aon, where he drove innovative rewards programs, led M&A integration efforts and implemented data-driven solutions to enhance talent management and business performance.
