Press Release Partnership for Employer-Sponsored Coverage Announces Taylor Hittle as New Executive Director |
Issued by Partnership for Employer-Sponsored Coverage [P4ESC] Jan. 13, 2026 |
WASHINGTON, DC -- The Partnership for Employer-Sponsored Coverage (P4ESC) today announced Taylor Hittle as its new Executive Director. Hittle takes the reins at P4ESC following the retirement of Neil Trautwein. “Employer-sponsored health insurance is the single largest source of coverage in the country, and employers across all sizes and sectors are committed to offering high-quality, affordable benefits to their workers and families. P4ESC exists to ensure that policies in Washington strengthen, rather than destabilize, the coverage that more than 160 million Americans rely on every day. As Executive Director, I look forward to serving as a voice for the interests of those working families, and to advancing commonsense policies that make Americans’ health care more affordable while improving quality, choice, and competition in the marketplace,” said Hittle. P4ESC Chair Melissa Bartlett, Senior Vice President of Health Policy for The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC), added, "Drawing on her experience as the top ERISA health staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as serving at the Department of Health and Human Services and in the private sector, Taylor is uniquely equipped to safeguard the employer-sponsored system. She knows how to translate policy into action, and she’ll be a tireless advocate who is committed to protecting the benefits millions of employers and workers rely on every day.” P4ESC is a nonpartisan advocacy alliance of employment-based organizations and trade associations representing businesses of all sizes and sectors, and the millions of Americans and their families who rely on employer-sponsored coverage every day. Employer-sponsored health insurance is the single largest source of coverage in our nation. https://www.p4esc.org About The ERISA Industry Committee: ERIC is a national advocacy organization that exclusively represents large employers that provide health, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits to their nationwide workforces.
