Cally Sullivan Appointed Managing Director of Kistler Tiffany Benefits

OneDigital and Kistler Tiffany Benefits (KTB) are proud to announce the appointment of Cally Sullivan as Managing Director.

Cally spent the past eleven years of her career with Independence Blue Cross, the past five years as Manager of Broker Experience. In this role she led a team focused on executing innovative communication, technology, and service strategies for brokers, consultants, and general agents. During her time with the organization, she also spearheaded the development of advanced service reporting tools and liaison models, significantly enhancing the client experience. She held two other roles over the course of her tenure, one as Broker Experience Lead and the other as Sales Executive in the Consumer Business.
