CalcAir Accelerates Growth Strategy with Addition of Younes Parvin to Support MyCalcAir Expansion

Parvin holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, along with a Master of Science in Management (MScM). His background spans more than a decade in communication, client engagement, and business development, with a consistent focus on helping organizations navigate complex decisions and achieve sustainable growth.

In his role, Parvin will engage prospective clients through a consultative approach aligned with CalcAir’s client- first philosophy. His focus includes expanding market presence and accelerating adoption of MyCalcAir, designed to deliver greater flexibility, security, and operational efficiency for benefits professionals.
