PBMs Under the Microscope: Disclosure, Transparency and Risk

Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) continue to face heightened legislative and regulatory scrutiny at both the federal and state levels. In our first session, Kim Wilcoxon and Kristin Koenecke will examine recently proposed rules addressing PBM compensation disclosures, the overlapping transparency requirements under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2026 and their implications for group health plan sponsors.

We will also provide a high-level update on additional PBM-related developments that should be on plan sponsors’ radar, including PBM fee litigation trends and evolving state reporting requirements.
