Speakers Kim Wilcoxon Kim has over twenty years of experience helping employers understand and apply requirements applicable to health and welfare employee benefit plans. Kim advises large national and global employers, as well as smaller employers and service providers. These clients rely on Kim to provide proactive, practical, and cost-effective advice on everything from implementing new legal requirements to addressing day-to-day compliance issues. By collaborating with colleagues through organizations such as the American Bar Association and the American Benefits Council, Kim stays current on the various issues impacting welfare plans and the risks and options for addressing those issues.
Nate Ingraham Nate is a senior managing associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation group. He focuses his practice on litigation and counseling related to employee benefits matters. He represents benefit plans, employers, and fiduciaries in a wide range of employee benefits cases, including claims for life, health, disability and pension benefits, class action litigation involving 401(k) plans and ESOPs, and multiemployer pension plan disputes. Nate also regularly advises clients on matters affecting the design and administration of qualified retirement and health and welfare plans. In addition, Nate has significant experience in advising on administrative claims and appeals, responding to government investigations and subpoenas, and representing clients in connection with plan audits. Nate is a frequent speaker on employee benefits topics and is an editor of Thompson Hine’sERISA Litigation & Compliance Blog. |
