Press Release Dylan Jones Promoted to Internal Plan Consultant at The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA)® |
Issued by TRA [The Retirement Advantage] Mar. 30, 2026 |
Appointment Reinforces TRA’s Advisor-First Distribution Model APPLETON, WI – The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA)®, a leading provider of retirement plan solutions, announced the appointment of Dylan Jones as Internal Plan Consultant (IPC). In his new role, Jones will support TRA’s Regional Plan Consultants (RPCs) and financial advisor partners by assisting with plan design strategy, proposal development, and ongoing service coordination. Jones joined TRA in 2022 as a Compliance Analyst, where he developed a strong foundation in retirement plan regulations and operational processes. During his tenure, he worked closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with ERISA, Department of Labor, and IRS requirements. His transition into the IPC role reflects TRA’s continued investment in developing talent internally and aligning experienced team members with advisor-facing roles. “Dylan’s background in compliance gives him a valuable perspective as he steps into this role supporting our Regional Plan Consultants,” said Nate Maly, Internal Plan Consultant Team Lead at TRA. “He understands the details that matter and how they translate into better outcomes for advisors and plan sponsors. That makes him a strong addition to our consultant team.” As an IPC, Jones will work closely with TRA’s RPCs to support financial advisors through plan design, proposal development, and coordination with internal teams, allowing RPCs to stay focused on helping advisors grow their business. “I am excited to step into this role and work alongside such a strong team,” Jones said. “By supporting our RPCs, we can create a more efficient, seamless process that helps advisors deliver stronger results to their clients.” TRA’s RPCs are strategically positioned nationwide to collaborate with advisors as an extension of their team, helping improve marketing efforts, consult on plan design, and deliver a consistent client experience. Jones’s role is designed to strengthen that model by providing dedicated internal support that enhances responsiveness and execution. “We have seen strong momentum across our distribution team, with RPCs joining the organization in quick succession,” asserted Tim Lastivka, TRA’s Vice President of National Sales and Distribution. “Expanding our IPC team alongside that growth ensures our consultants and advisors have the support they need to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.” Jones brings prior experience in client service, account management, and internal training. He is known for his collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to supporting both advisors and internal partners. He’s based in Powell, Tennessee. |
